chemical peels
The VI Peel is a medium-depth chemical peel that uses a blend of acids, retinol, and other ingredients to exfoliate and resurface the skin, addressing concerns like acne, hyperpigmentation, and fine lines. It penetrates deeper than superficial peels, reaching into the dermis, stimulating collagen production and promoting a more even skin tone and texture.
The face will be cleansed and prepped. The peel will be applied with mild-moderate tingling and warmth. Your skin may appear slightly red directly after and there may be a yellow tint to the skin if retinoic acid is applied. This should subside within a few hours.
pre care
A brief consultation will reveal the best type of peel for you based on your skin type and skin concerns. After agreeing on the best treatment plan, you will sign a consent form and we will discuss risks and benefits.
post care
Redness and occasional flushing may last up to 5 days. Your face will feel tight and dry starting the day after your peel. The peeling process usually starts on day 2-3 and persists through day 7 following peel application. Resist the urge to pick or peel your skin-- you may use scissors to gently trim peeling skin. Exfoliating or scrubbing can irritate your new baby skin. Use a gentle cleanser, hydrating moisturizers, and sunscreen during the peeling process. You may resume your regular skin care regimen at day 6 or 7.

bbl
The Sciton BBL BroadBand Light is an innovative light based therapy that can be used to treat a wide variety of skin conditions by administering broadband light to the outer layer of the skin, promoting collagen regeneration and changing the structure of skin cells on a molecular level. Ideal for pigmentation issues. Must have consultation to determine candidacy.
BBL (sometimes known as IPL) delivers pulses of light energy to the targeted areas of your skin. The light gets absorbed and converted to heat, stimulating your skin cells to regenerate. moxi
MOXI comfortably delivers non-ablative laser energy to correct the initial signs of sun damage and aging—no matter the season or skin type-for a glowing and clear complexion. Perfect for year-round prevention and maintenance of pigmentation, fine lines, and overall rejuvenation with minimal social downtime.
A topical numbing cream might be applied to the treatment area to minimize discomfort. Moxi relies on fractional non-ablative laser technology. This means it delivers laser energy to create microscopic zones within the targeted area of your skin."Non-ablative" means it doesn't vaporize the surface of your skin, making it less harsh. The micro-injuries created by the laser trigger your body's natural healing process. This stimulates collagen production, which plumps and strengthens the skin.
