Appointment Policies

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment and/or consultation time. We will make every effort to perform your entire treatment in the remaining scheduled time, but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if arriving more than 10 minutes late and charge the cancellation fee. See below for details.

Cancellation/No show

At Muse we have a 48 hour Cancellation / No Show Policy in place to ensure patients can be seen for appointments in a timely manner and to respect our providers’ time. Any client who no shows or cancels 48 hours prior to their appointment time will have the following fee automatically charged to the credit card on file.

All Injectable Appointments:

15 minutes – $50

30-59 minutes – $100

60+ minutes – $150

All Skin Health Appointments:

New Patient Consultation - $100

30 min Skin Health Consultations – $50

Any 60+ min Skin Health Service – $100

ALL Laser Appointments - $200

Please Note:

• If a client has no shown and/or late canceled 3 times, client will be required to pay a $250 booking fee to hold the appointment. The amount pre-paid will be used for any services rendered at the appointment. Any amount remaining can be refunded to the same card, or will remain in the Patient Wallet for future use. If client appropriately reschedules 48 hours prior to the appointment time, the $250 will roll over to hold the future visit.

• Our providers are booked for months ahead, with long waiting lists that we utilize daily. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those appointment times. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow the Muse team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future patients, as well as valuing everyone’s time.
